About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Officer in Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating logistics arrangements, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks in warehouses.
  • Coordinate with different departments to dispatch stocks when required.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the storage area.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes and housekeeping activities in various storage areas.
  • Perform periodic data inputs and stock reports.

Requirements:

  • DSE/HKAL or above.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
