Job Overview
Visionary Solutions Limited is a leading investment bank in China seeking an ECM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the ECM department, you will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing ECM transactions including IPO underwriting, shares placements, right issues and equity linked products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dual reporting line to the Head of ECM and Head of Investment Banking.
  • Originate and execute ECM transactions, including IPO underwriting, shares placements, right issues and equity linked products.
  • Formulate strategies and plans for ECM activities.
  • Develop and strengthen institutional and corporate client networks.
  • Explore and liaise directly with investors, especially with Chinese investors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with investors on an ongoing basis.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or relevant disciplines.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA are advantageous.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in capital markets.
  • Experience in ECM origination and strong relationships with Chinese investors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua. Native in Putonghua is preferred.
