About the Role

We are looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the financial management of our operations, ensuring we run at peak efficiency.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly commercial and management reports, supporting the commercial team in business reviews, and ensuring maximum usage of available reporting tools. Additionally, you will monitor monthly performance against plan and forecast, report on major variances, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting and Planning:
  • Prepare monthly commercial and management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support commercial team in business reviews by gathering all financial data and preparing relevant presentation materials.
  • Support on Category and Customer P&L forecasting and analysis as part of the quarterly and annual financial forecasting/planning process.
Financial Control and Compliance:
  • Maintain financial integrity by complying with company policies, SOP and internal controls procedures.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
  • Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value adding analysis and insights.
