**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Trainer Professional to join our team at JC Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice on the right course of action and partnering with business leaders to implement training plans and deliver learning and development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify employees' skills gaps and future learning requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to decision makers on the best course of action for implementing training plans and delivering learning and development strategies.
  • Develop and implement training plans including timelines, budget, and facilitators.
  • Assist in managing training budgets and forecast current and future costs.
  • Maintain a good relationship with local universities/academic institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of Training and Development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging staff from different levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
