About the Role- Responsible for providing administrative support to the construction site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, files, and databases related to site administration.
- Foster strong relationships with site staff, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage site administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate support to site staff, responding to queries and resolving issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- A higher diploma or above in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in site administration and clerical duties.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (MS Word & Excel) is essential.
- Good command of Chinese and English language skills.
- Immediate availability is highly advantageous.
