The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with globally renowned researchers who bring a wealth of expertise in oncology research, technology adoption, and commercialization. Our team's research programs have led to major breakthroughs, including immunotherapy and checkpoint inhibition strategies adopted as anti-cancer treatments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating research projects and developing research methods;
  • Processing clinical and investigative data;
  • Statistical analysis;
  • Working independently on statistical modelling, algorithm development, and high-throughput sequencing data analysis;
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a Master or PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or related disciplines. Relevant research experience in Cancer Biology, Bioinformatics, Immuno-oncology, or Single Cell Technology is essential. Strong programming skills, basic data network configuration, and statistical software packages are required.

A good publication record showing competence in bioinformatics would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, hard work, willingness to learn new techniques, and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team are also essential.
