Experienced Financial Leader Sought

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join ManpowerGroup, a leading provider of innovative workforce solutions.

About the Role:
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial management accounts from revenue to costs, performing variance analysis to drive business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Identify and track key business drivers, reporting on their impact to inform tactical and strategic decisions
  • Maintain robust governance over financial operations and month-end close processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators to enhance current business processes and operational efficiency
  • Support the preparation of interim and annual reports, as well as reviewing investment proposals and financial requests
  • Co-ordinate structuring requirements for new projects or initiatives, including tax and accounting considerations
  • Lead initiatives to streamline daily operations through enhancements such as financial system reviews and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in auditing and/or accounting, preferably in a big 4 or second-tier firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Good team player with a cheerful personality, optimistic attitude, and energetic approach
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an advantage
