About the Team
The Cross-Asset Structuring team is responsible for providing investors with one integrated multi-asset market solutions team. The team capitalizes on an integrated engineering team to deliver cross-asset expertise. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the development of innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support APAC sales by producing or reviewing trade documentation relating to structured products sold by SG;
- Coordinate/Organize the documentation writing (managing priorities, anticipating the workload according to trades complexity and deadlines, controlling timeliness and issuing chain quality);
- Ensure that transactions and related issuance documentation are lawful and compliant with SG business principles and SG internal rules;
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Law, or similar;
- 2-3 years of experience working in-house in a similar position at an international investment bank;
- Fluent in English & Chinese Mandarin;
- Knowledge in VBA/Excel or other documentary information systems;
