E-Bundle Disputes Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Bundle Disputes Support Specialist to join our Solution Operations team at Opus 2. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and advice to our clients on electronic bundle management across various legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on support with disputes technology, including the management of electronic documentation and the upload and organisation of material in accordance with client instructions.
- Action requests promptly and conduct quality checks of tasks undertaken by the team across multiple concurrent matters.
- Liaise directly with solicitors and barristers, advising on best practices and assisting with technical queries.
- Ensure the team inbox and internal communication with other departments are managed efficiently.
- Develop advanced understanding and technical knowledge of our platform, including the manipulation, reformatting, and converting of Excel/CSV files to import and export data.
- Troubleshoot client-reported issues and liaise internally as necessary until a resolution is reached.
- Process exports and printing requests, assist with the quality control process, and deliver hard copy hearing bundles.
- Work closely with the Client Services team in the lead up to and during hearings to ensure proceedings run smoothly.
- Promptly and accurately record task information for billing.
- Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and proactively use own initiative.
- Ability to work individually and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Interest in technology, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good spoken and written English essential, spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin and written Chinese (traditional and/or simplified) an advantage.
- Experience working in a professional, client-facing support role, preferable in the legal technology industry.
