About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Infrastructure Maintenance Team at Mass Transit Railway as an Assistant Land Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing survey monitoring of railway structures and checking the setting-out of construction works under railway protection surveillance.
  • Maintaining survey equipment, planning/coordinating jobs, and ensuring the quality of works/records.
  • Conducting land surveying tasks and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring.

Requirements

  • A Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Land Surveying or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of survey monitoring in tunnel environments, laser scanning, real-time monitoring, and geotechnical instrumentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with proactiveness and the ability to work independently.
