We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Civil Engineer Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the proper maintenance of railway civil assets and trackside facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day maintenance works and capital projects carried out by direct staff, contractors, and term labors.
- Perform structural inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs, updating work procedures as needed.
- Monitor performance, administer contracts, manage records, and provide system support while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze site-specific conditions and develop engineering drawings for effective implementation of works in civil structures.
- Assist in providing engineering solutions to existing system designs and propose long-term solutions for safe, reliable, and efficient civil structures.
- Review and comment on engineering reports from various in-house technical studies/investigations.
