Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Process payment requests and prepare journal vouchers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing tasks and prepare monthly management reports and financial schedules.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide various income and expense analyses, including key performance indicators.
  • Financial Support: Provide support to the finance team in its operations.
  • Business Planning: Assist in preparing the annual Business Plan and Corporate Plan as well as financial forecast.
  • ESG Matters: Assist in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related matters.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle other administrative work, including copying, filing and document management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possess a recognized university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and preferably in the course of pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in financial or management accounting work, preferably in a major performing arts and cultural organization.
  • Skills: Have good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility. Have excellent skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems (preferably Oracle). Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
