The Service division provides cutting-edge maintenance and service solutions to a diverse clientele across various industry sectors for HVAC systems. As a vital member of a dynamic team of HVAC professionals, you will be tasked with maintaining and supporting customer facilities. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service to address building inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues.
In your role as the Lead Technician, you will serve as the primary 'mobile' contact for all technical service inquiries related to Johnson Controls, responsible for diagnosing and resolving challenges on highly intricate systems in accordance with established processes, service agreements, and customer requirements.
How You Will Achieve This
- Oversee a team to provide assistance in retrofit projects, testing and commissioning, installation, service, and maintenance tasks, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting initiatives.
- Ensure the quality of work meets customer satisfaction and adheres to agreed-upon standards.
- Coordinate all site activities, including those conducted by subcontractors, to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare proposals and tenders for maintenance and retrofit projects.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Offer recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities operate efficiently, including identifying upselling opportunities.
- Support proposals that align with recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications We Seek
Required
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities, along with organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Capable of working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site across various locations.
