Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Assistant De-risking Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of CDD and De-risking initiatives/projects to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management capability enhancement, and resource allocation.
  • Be responsible for triggered surveillance, KYC Renewals, remediation projects, existing client maintenance, and facilitation of client exits.
  • Conduct necessary customer outreach for customer due diligence and risk mitigation, as well as customer handling and business opportunity identification.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and make recommendations to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management capability enhancement, and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrate team activities including people management, performance management, and professional development by maintaining high-quality control measurement on data preparation, management, monitoring across the department.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to prepare daily operations accurately, promptly, and completely, and ensure smooth coordination with processing various business initiatives in Business Banking.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task and manage various business initiatives simultaneously.
  • Understanding knowledge in commercial banking and good understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements on corporate customers is an advantage.
  • Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • GREAT sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around HK$600,000 - HK$800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hang Seng Bank offers a dynamic working environment, good career development opportunities, and competitive compensation packages.
