We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Partner to join our team at Talented International. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing HR operations across multiple markets, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and retail HR support. This is a hands-on position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, design talent strategies, and develop programs to attract, retain, and develop employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the well-being of employees.
- Retail HR Support: Provide tailored HR solutions for the retail environment, focusing on workforce planning, training, and performance management.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with franchise partners and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of HR experience, with a track record of setting up and building HR operations, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
