Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Product Quality Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA's Hong Kong office. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our system products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor field return performance and identify improvement opportunities to drive continued quality enhancements.
  • Handle customer complaints on system products, leading cross-functional meetings with worldwide teams and leveraging internal engineering resources to resolve quality issues.
  • Partner with the SQE team on in-region Contract Manufacturer audits, focusing on CAPA implementation result verification.
  • Provide technical support for on-site verification activities, responding to technical questions from customers on verification equipment/software setup.
  • Participate in meetings for material dispositions and change requests, applying best practices to ensure the best-in-class quality of NVIDIA's cutting-edge hardware products.
  • Generate 8D reports and participate in NPI meetings and CM meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Experience in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PCBA/System Integration field.
  • Knowledge of IPC standard, ISO standard, PCIe standard, and OCP standard.
  • Familiarity with PCBA/System Integration manufacturing operation and Edge Computing/AI infrastructure architecture and technology.
  • Familiarity with PCBA/System level debug.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and project management.

  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.
