We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team in Hong Kong.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled facilities professional to oversee the maintenance and repair activities of our bank facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor work, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects;
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory;
  • Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality;
  • Assist in developing and implementing safety and emergency procedures, conducting drills, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Liaise with relevant governmental authorities and agencies for compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to facility management, implementing improvements where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Housing Management, Hotel Management Sports and Recreation Management or related disciplines;
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent, and customer-oriented;
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good experience in implementation of various computerized systems including Facilities Management System, Building Management System, Security Control System, Access Control System, Carpark Access System and any other systems related to facilities management;
  • Able to work independently and equip with good communication and interpersonal skills.
