The English Schools Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of sports programs for students.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our coaches to deliver high-quality sports programs, focusing on health and safety while creating a positive and inclusive environment for students.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Supporting the lead coach in session delivery, including demonstrating and supervising activities.
  2. Ensuring the enforcement of coaching or activity rules, setting up or tidying up equipment, and assisting with student pick-up and dismissal.
  3. Contributing to health and safety initiatives, including reporting accidents and incidents, and assisting with risk assessments.
  4. Providing administrative support, such as registering students and transferring equipment and materials.
