About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our Global Brand Studio. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to craft the visual identity of our brand, influencing its storytelling and contributing to its growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop captivating motion graphics to elevate our brand's communication and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers to create motion content across various channels.
  • Design and craft storyboards to translate creative ideas into a sequence of storytelling frames.
  • Produce animatics with music from storyboard frames and title cards, showcasing the proof of concept.
  • Manage post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, and compositing.
  • Evolve and maintain motion styles, guidelines, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI, industry trends, and best practices in video editing and motion graphics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the workflow.
  • Uphold and enhance the brand's visual identity across multiple channels, driving design evolution.
  • Work with an international team across different time zones, handling diverse projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Exceptional motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in motion design studios or In-House creative agencies.
  • An online portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard motion design software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A keen eye for detail, a sense of good aesthetics, and the ability to captivate audiences through motion content.
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is a plus.
  • Ability to edit music and sound design is a plus.
  • A quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous.
  • Location: APAC region.
