Job Responsibilities

The Senior Art Director will be responsible for leading the design and creative direction of our brand projects. This includes developing and executing visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives, as well as managing a team of designers to ensure consistent quality and high standards.

  1. Creative Development: Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
  2. Team Supervision: Mentor and manage a team of designers, reviewing their work to ensure consistent quality and high standards.
  3. Cross-functional Cooperation: Work closely with the account servicing team in executing and delivering creative projects.
  4. Client Interaction: Persuasive presentation skills are required to positively engage with clients on briefs and feedback.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of agency creative experience.
  • Creative direction and design skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English – written and spoken.
  • Experienced in team resourcing and time management.
  • Multi-tasking in an organized and efficient manner.
