Job Description

The Cyber Security Framework Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive cyber security framework to protect the Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. London Branch's systems and data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze business risks and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall cyber security posture.
  • Work closely with the Information Security team and Internal Audit team to respond quickly and effectively to cyber threats.

Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related field at HKQF level 5 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing cyber security frameworks and controls.
  • Hold CISA or CISSP certifications or demonstrate equivalent expertise.
  • Familiarity with network security, risk management, and banking operations is essential.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Analyst, Operational & Strategic Risk.
