Overview
The ideal candidate for this Logistics Officer role will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in leading teams and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Logistics Manager and lead the logistics operation team to maintain high-level logistics services.
  • Standardize and systematize the workflow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operation procedures.
  • Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements, and support customer service to ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare regular reports such as month-end closing.

Requirements
  • Degree or above in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink).
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good leadership, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Excel.
