IT Director

At Classy Wheeler Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our Group Information Technology – Retail HK team.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT services teams to provide direct support to the business units and enhance customer satisfaction.
• He/She will oversee the implementation of the defined IT blueprint for sustainable customer service and lead the team to enhance service processes and define workflows with the business.
• The IT Director will review priorities and resources for delivering IT support services, maintain the platform for 3rd level support from GIT, and manage vendors for out-sourced support services.

• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 12 years experience in the IT field, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in project management, vendor selection, and management.
• Strong leadership skills, good communication and presentation skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
