Job Description

The Discovery Mind Educational Organisation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote our schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our schools across various social media platforms.
  • To design and create engaging promotional materials that showcase the unique aspects of our educational programmes.
  • To manage and maintain our school website, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively communicates our message.
  • To analyse market data and track website traffic to inform future marketing decisions.
  • To attend marketing-related events and collaborate with parents as required.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and website design.
  • Creative, responsible, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive individual.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English, with proficiency in Chinese an asset.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
