Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Manager to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs that drive business results and enhance the skills of our beauty advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education Program Development
    • Design and deliver engaging education programs for beauty advisors, including classroom training and field coaching.
    • Develop and implement education materials, including training notes, presentations, and visual aids.
  • Performance Evaluation and Improvement
    • Evaluate the performance of beauty advisors and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
    • Assess the education needs of our field team and develop strategies to improve their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
    • Communicate effectively with beauty advisors, field team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that education programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on beauty or a related industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficient in video editing software, including Premiere, Photoshop, iMovie, and After Effects.
    • Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
