Logistics Operations Specialist

• JPC Texson Ltd is a European MNC third party logistics (3PL) and warehousing service provider.

We are seeking an experienced Operation Officer to lead our logistic operation team in providing high level logistics services.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Manager and be responsible for standardizing and systemizing workflow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operation procedures.

• Lead the logistic operation team to maintain high level logistics services.
• Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements and support customer service to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare regular reports such as month end closing.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations and delivering excellent customer service.

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years experience in logistics, preferably in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink).
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good leadership, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Excel.

As a successful Operation Officer, you will be able to work independently, take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm; Saturday: 9am-1pm (alternative Saturday off after probation period).
• 13-month salary plus performance bonus.

We offer a competitive salary range of HK$38,000 - HK$45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
