Job Description
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive financial oversight and strategic support. Key responsibilities include overseeing all accounting activities, collaborating with operations teams, and providing data-driven insights for business decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need Big 4 managerial experience, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, and proven audit experience in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as business acumen. A proactive approach and resilience in a start-up environment are essential.
