**Job Overview:**

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled IT Risk Manager to join our team. As an IT Risk Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and operating technology risk management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective technology risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and threats to the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize technology risks.
  • Conduct regular IT risk and compliance assessments in overseas branches and coordinate with overseas branches to perform technology risk self-assessments.
  • Collect key risk indicator information from overseas branches and perform analysis.
  • Supervise overseas branches and affiliated organizations on issues arising from independent assessments, regulatory inspections, external or internal audits, or other third-party evaluations.
  • Drive technology risk management initiatives in alignment with group policies and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technology risk and information security awareness training to staff and technology risk managers in overseas branches.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT security, technology risk, risk management, system development management, compliance, or IT audit functions, preferably in sizable financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with regulators in the region and knowledge of local regulations and laws pertaining to IT risk would be advantageous.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CIA would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with Mandarin proficiency desirable.
  • Ability to travel flexibly.
  • Independent and strong self-initiative.
