Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trims Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with trims suppliers and internal counterparts to establish trims standards and ensure compliance with company requirements. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as fluency in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with trims suppliers and internal teams to develop and implement trims standards and costing records.
  2. Review and ensure compliance with trims suppliers' related documents, such as oeko-tex certificates.
  3. Evaluate bulk shipment quality and report any failures to the Manager.
  4. Work with CSG teams to ensure trims meet design aspirations on color and quality.
  5. Maintain the physical trims library and digital trims matrix.
  6. Assist in onboarding new trims suppliers by providing process administration, quality guidance, and cost approval.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or above in a business discipline or engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in trims, preferably in a buying office or multinational company.
  3. Strong understanding of testing, safety standards, and inspection procedures.
  4. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
