Position Overview
TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to a significant project within a leading insurance organization. This role will involve collaboration with numerous stakeholders and a focus on enhancing operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and gather requirements to support various business initiatives.
- Collect, evaluate, and document business needs in detailed Business Requirement Specifications.
- Review IT documentation to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements between business users and IT teams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support the implementation of projects.
- Assist with project coordination and perform administrative tasks as necessary.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and developers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with backend systems and workflow diagram creation.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
