  • Developing and implementing guidelines, policies, and procedures for the conservation and care of the museum's collections;
  • Providing advice and training to other staff members and developing collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you should have a master's degree in conservation or a related field, at least 5 years of verifiable museum conservation experience, and a broad range of expert knowledge of techniques, materials, and equipment used in conservation. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
