Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing IP licensing strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Identifying and partnering with potential licensees to capitalize on Ocean Park's intellectual property;
  • Managing all licensing functions, including business term negotiations, agreements, reporting, brand assurance, and invoicing;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Ocean Park brand through social media content, in-park decorations, and events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in IP licensing, including at least 4 years in a managerial position;
  • Solid experience in formulating and executing IP licensing strategies;
  • Proven track record in new IP development, which would be an advantage;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently within agreed targets;
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
