Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English class teacher to join our team at Experior Asia. As a Pre-Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive teaching plan to foster the intellectual and social development of our students aged 2-6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a complete teaching plan that aligns with our kindergarten's curriculum and standards.
  • Organize and create engaging learning materials and resources to support student learning.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities, to motivate and stimulate children's learning.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular progress updates.
  • Assess student performance and progress to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Chinese co-teacher and assistant teacher to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant, or Teacher Aide.
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices.
  • Creative and artistic teaching abilities.
  • Strong teaching and organizational skills.
  • Patience and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree and TEFL/TESOL certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant license/certificate (an advantage).
  • Valid work visa or PR.
