Job Description

The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and millions of end-users rely on our products daily.

As an Assistant Manager, Customer Resolution Unit, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

You will conduct prompt and thorough investigations independently and render quality resolutions to customers.

Additionally, you will manage to act within standard turnaround time and in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with other departments for case resolutions and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience.

You will also prepare management reports and handle ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

A university graduate in business, finance, language studies, or other relevant subjects.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English.

Above 5 years' solid experience in complaint handling, preferably in financial institutions.
