Citi, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its APAC Equities Electronic Trading team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Citi's next-generation low-latency execution platform in the Asia-Pacific region.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 years' experience with strong technical knowledge in languages such as Java, C#, or C++. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in developing automated trading platforms, a solid understanding of automated testing techniques, and expertise in Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance electronic execution platforms.
- Build common solutions for trading platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, application recovery, etc.
- Partner with traders, quant researchers, and clients on product development.
- Contribute towards Agile and Continuous Integration processes.
