We seek a talented Director of Research and Development to lead our scientific team and drive innovation in women's health. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments to develop non-invasive detection methods for women's diseases.

  1. Research Leadership: Lead research and development on the detection or diagnosis of diseases related to women's health;
  2. Experiment Design: Design and conduct experiments to detect biomarkers and develop non-invasive detection methods;
  3. Team Management: Lead and supervise a scientific team to achieve project goals and milestones;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry, biomedical science, bioengineering, biological chemistry, material science, or related disciplines. A solid track record of hands-on experience in mass spectrometry, ELISA, blood processing, detection of miRNA and protein, protein conjugation, biosensor coupling is essential.

Job Requirements:
  • Ph.D./M.Phil in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, Biological Chemistry, Material Science, or related disciplines;
  • Hands-on experience in mass spectrometry, ELISA, blood processing, detection of miRNA and protein, protein conjugation, biosensor coupling;
  • Logical mindset and creativity for problem-solving;
