Job Overview: Fashion Designer & Developer

\

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer & Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clothing product design, sourcing seasonal fabric, conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, and preparing product presentation materials.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop clothing product design, including theme, color, fabrication, styles, and fashion graphics;\
  • Source and develop seasonal fabric to meet business needs;\
  • Conduct marketing research and fashion trend analysis;\
  • Closely collaborate with Design & Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams from product concept planning to production;\
  • Initiate and follow up on all sample-making related progress improvements and development, including presentation and documentation;\
  • Prepare product presentation materials.\
  • Requirements:\
    • \
    • 2+ years of solid experience in ladies wear R&D;\
    • A creative and passionate individual with good fashion sense and design knowledge;\
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin;\
    • Skillful in Photoshop, 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is preferred;\
    • Occasional travel required.\
