Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with the Head Windsurfing Coach to develop and implement training plans for elite athletes;
  • To utilize scientific, medical, and other athlete support services to enhance athlete performance;
  • To evaluate athlete progress and make recommendations for improvement;
Requirements
  • A strong background in windsurfing coaching, with a focus on elite-level athletes;
  • A valid coaching certification from a recognized governing body;
  • Experience working with athletes in a competitive environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity principles.
