Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach reading comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills to students in grades 5-12.
  • Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • NYS Literacy Teaching Certification (Grades 5-12)
  • Experience working with students who require additional support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
