Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for preparing pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow, tender documentation, tendering process and tender evaluation, post-contract administration and management contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report. You will also be responsible for finalizing project final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
  • Preparation of tender documentation
  • Tendering process and tender evaluation
  • Post-contract administration and management contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
  • Finalization of project final accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS
  • Technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
  • Pre-contract experience and consultancy background
  • Understanding and familiarity with professional practice and contract administration processes
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be considered for Assistant Team Leader or above
  • Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
