The Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or merchandising, preferably in the infant and kids' garment industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing or a related field
  • 5+ years managerial level in sales, marketing, or merchandising
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and Europe
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote infant and kids' garments
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement
