Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users across different regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all IT equipment is properly configured and maintained in accordance with HQ standards.
  • Facilitate the setup and implementation of IT systems in our HK & China offices.
  • Monitor and supervise the performance of our IT suppliers to ensure high-quality service levels.
  • Provide first-line technical support to users on various system, software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Manage computer hardware and software assets, as well as inventory control.
  • Collaborate with HQ to administer and configure IT infrastructure.
  • Perform server administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and backup checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Studies or equivalent, with relevant retail experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and user handling skills.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Networking, Security Issues, Backup/Restore infrastructure, VMware, and Retail Pro.
  • Experience managing IT Help Desks in multi-office environments.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience managing IT suppliers.
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
