As a Human Resources Associate at Coleman Research, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of policies and programs established by the Global and Regional Management Committees.
This position combines hands-on responsibilities with strategic initiatives and requires effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
You will facilitate key HR initiatives in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement for the APAC region.
Talent Acquisition:
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition Manager by sourcing and screening full-time candidates.
- Manage the interview process for assigned roles and candidates.
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers, keeping them informed and coordinating their involvement throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and secure candidates.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) for reporting and efficiency.
- Attend career fairs and networking events, continually enhancing the candidate experience.
- Develop and implement strategies for Diversity Recruiting.
Performance Management and Development:
- Provide training and resources on HR policies and employee development programs.
- Monitor and facilitate effective communication and feedback regarding performance management.
- Coach managers on addressing specific performance issues.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct employee touchpoints and administer exit surveys and interviews.
- Equip managers with tools and guidance on employee relations to mitigate risks.
- Ensure HR and legal compliance through accurate documentation of employee relations matters.
- Regularly engage with employees in the office to build relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with company leadership.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical practice.
