We are looking for a highly skilled General Counsel Associate to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.

  • You will provide general counsel and support to the company, including preparing contracts for internal review and approval.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in rules and regulations affecting the business and making recommendations on changes to processes, policies, and guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have a degree holder in law with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in HK listing rules.

You will be expected to possess excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin, and have articulate, effective communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercially minded, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, mature attitude, and ability to multitask.
