This entry-level role into the world of Broking provides on-the-job training and exposure to the financial markets we operate within. As a Trainee Broker, you will work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team to develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the Client On-Boarding team to ensure seamless on-boarding of new clients.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the financial markets and economy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
