We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at Cafe Malacca.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a full-service restaurant, with a strong understanding of Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine.
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Good command of English, Chinese, and Malay languages.
