Job Summary
Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Sommelier to join our team. This role involves monitoring all wine and beverage related matters, serving wine orders in a professional manner, and recommending wines and other beverages to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Wine Director and wine team in managing wine inventory and ensuring seamless floor operations.
  • Serve wine orders with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests by offering personalized recommendations and exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of wine and beverage, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
  • Holder of WSET Certificate or equivalent preferred.
