The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably in O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW cases. Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and RFE/NOID responses for various visa petitions, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW.
  • Provide consular support assistance for immigrant visa and non-immigrant visa applications.
  • Actively monitor individual case pipelines to achieve production targets and increase client satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding procedural and case processing issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to function independently.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack is a plus.
