This role is responsible for managing and supporting business needs for finance budgeting and other finance functions, including accounting, cost controlling, and finance consolidation knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-team collaboration with different teams, project managers, business analysts, and existing support teams to ensure seamless integration of finance solutions.
  • Oversee package-based business solutions holistically to guarantee their alignment with business requirements.
  • Prioritize the development of financial models and budgeting capabilities through strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analyze SAP systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and configure SAP system enhancements according to business needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Solution Design, Review, and Implementation of SAP Finance solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in driving change from requirement gathering to solution transformation and completion.
  • Provide consultancy on performance optimization for new and existing solutions during production fire-fighting situations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and proactively communicate towards the introduction of relevant emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 5 years of hands-on project solution experience in large-scale strategic programs or projects.
  • Experience working with multinational companies, diverse technologies, and processing environments.
  • Significant practical experience or good understanding of finance solutions.
  • Ability to think conceptually and simplify complex problems through abstraction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders up to the executive level.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solutions and deliver results.
  • Understanding of application development methodologies, object-oriented analysis and design, or client/server systems.
  • Passion and ability to learn new technologies.
