About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic plans that will help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building, communication, and PR strategies to engage all stakeholders.
  • Plan, create, manage, and review content for both online and offline channels to raise awareness about the organization's work.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key donors and collaborators.
  • Review and recommend suitable fundraising proposals for approval.
  • Organize and implement one to two key fundraising events per annum.
Requirements:
  • University degree holder preferably in communications with 5-10 years of experience at a senior level in related fields.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and copywriting skills.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, time management, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork.
  • Experience in primary social media platforms.
  • Interest in children and healthcare services is an advantage.
  • Sound experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
